after your Deed Poll is signed and witnessed you will have to post it back to us, once we receive it here we will then make necessary Copies of your Deed Poll, certify them true copies and we will then post all documents, back to yourself same day,

It is wise to have certified copies of your Deed Poll, you can use copies to notify most organisations by using copies you can keep your original deed poll in its original condition, avoiding risk of your original being lost damaged in post or by any organisation.
