This page contains our terms and conditions and statutory information concerning your rights.
1. Our guarantee
As far as we are aware all Deed Polls supplied by us are genuine and official and will be accepted as valid by all UK government agencies, departments and UK business organisations.
If your Deed Poll is not accepted as evidence of your change of name by any UK government agency, department or any UK business organisation we will give you a full refund, you must notify us within 30 days of placing you order with us.
2. If we make a mistake
However, in the unlikely event that we do make a mistake, we will resend you a corrected Deed Poll as soon as you notify us of our mistake, you must do that with in 7 days of placing your order.
3. What we will do with your information
We will use the information that you supply to us, to produce a Deed Poll Document for yourself.
Once your Deed Poll has been created and dispatched, unless you request otherwise, we will archive your information in order to confirm the validity of your Deed Poll, should it be requested, by any organisations you have supplied it to.
We will only do this after first obtaining your consent to reply to these organisations.
4. What we will not do with your information
We will not sell or give your information to any third party. We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. Our data protection act registration no is: Z283702X
5. Price
Payment for Deed Polls can be made by secure credit or Debit card transaction.
6. Delivery
Please note that we will only email or post your deed poll, once your payment has been processed, we attempt to email all orders within 2 hours time frame and we will post all postal orders on the same day of order being placed on our web site. For next Day guaranteed deliveries, Orders must be placed before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will never contact you via unsolicited email. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03 - We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfill your orders at any time without giving a reason.

We have a detailed security policy in place to ensure that your data is safe. All transactions are conducted on our secure server and all your data is kept on fully secure internal servers with full 128bit encryption.
