If you require certified copies of your deed poll then you would have to do the following:

Once you receive your Deed Poll from us, you will have to sign it and have it witnessed, any 18 years old person who is not related to you can witness your Deed Poll,

once your deed poll is signed and witnessed you will have to post it back to us, once we receive it here we will then make necessary Copies of your Deed Poll, certify them true copies and we will then post all documents, back to yourself same day,

And also send us the payment if you already have not paid us, cheques and postal orders should be maid payable to A2Z Services

It is wise to have certified copies of your Deed Poll, you can use copies to notify most organisations by using copies you can keep your original deed poll in its original condition, avoiding risk of your original being lost damaged in post or by any organisation.
